Published ranges. Flat quotes. No hourly meter.

Every engagement is quoted flat, in writing, before work starts. The ranges below are the real ones, published so you can decide whether the conversation is worth your time before you start it.

QuoteFlat · in writing · up front
Hourly billingNone
Projects from$2,500 fixed scope
Ongoing from$1,500 per month

You should not need a discovery call to learn what things cost. The ranges are published, the quote is flat, and the number you approve is the number you pay. If scope changes, the quote changes in writing before the work does, not on an invoice after it.

Fixed-scope projects

AI opportunity assessment · $2,500 to $5,000

I map how your operation runs, find where AI pays for itself, and hand you a prioritized plan with the ROI math on each fix. The plan is yours to keep whether or not we build together. See exactly what it includes.

Workflow automation, end to end · $5,000 to $15,000

I take the workflow that costs you the most and automate it: the build, the AI tooling, and the staff training that makes it stick.

Prototype product build · $7,500 to $20,000

A working product, not a deck. I design and build a usable prototype of your product idea or internal tool, end to end, ready to put in front of users or investors.

Ongoing work

AI exec coach · $1,500 to $2,500 per month

1:1 for owners and executives, priced by cadence. Sessions start with how you use AI yourself, then your team's rollout, then the build-versus-buy calls as they come up. Standing calls plus async review between them.

Embedded with your team · from $2,000 per month

I stay on to run, tune, and improve the systems we build. Player-coach for ops and tooling, quoted flat for the systems covered.

How the flat quote works

You describe the problem. I come back with a few questions or a concrete next step, usually the assessment, with a flat quote attached. The quote states what is in scope and what it costs, and that is the price. No hourly meter running in the background, no surprise line items. Ranges exist because scope differs between businesses; the quote is where your number gets fixed.

Where to start

Not sure which engagement fits? Start with the assessment. It is the cheapest way to find out what your operation actually needs, and the plan it produces is yours to keep either way. Or just tell me what hurts, and I will point you at the right offer, including "none of these, here is a cheaper path."

Next step

Get your number.

Tell me the workflow that hurts and you'll have a flat quote in writing, not a sales sequence.
