Boston Dynamics Support Center
I led the full rebuild of support.bostondynamics.com: content audit, a new design system, and deep integration with Salesforce, Jira, and Paligo CCMS.
Worked across Product, Services, and Training to build a componentized content strategy that handles hardware and software versioning, ITAR export controls, and US/EU compliance pipelines.

BeBetween
BeBetween.AI Corp's iOS app turns a recorded sales call into CRM data: the transcript, the client's questions and conditions, and what to do next.
I ran operations and product from January to August 2026, carrying it from an early MVP to a live beta.
Samsung & iAdvize
Built a sentiment analysis automation for Samsung's Galaxy S20 launch. Monitored the live sales funnel via iAdvize, flagged at-risk customers in real time, and routed them to senior agents before the sale fell through.
Across the iAdvize engagement I ran at 115% of revenue target.

Sheprd
A rideshare service for kids, operating inside a regulated K-12 environment. I owned trust and safety outright: driver vetting, background checks, incident response, and the compliance that let the service run.
I also rebuilt client onboarding end to end, which tripled new bookings and doubled rebookings.

Uber
I founded and ran a 130-person investigations organization across two sites, owning account-takeover response for North America. Analytics and workflow redesign cut time-to-solve on critical security escalations by half.
Inside it I built R2D2, an internal Slackbot that took over the repetitive parts of triage.

SailMOB
A sailing game with real wind physics, tacking mechanics, and an AI fleet that races you head-to-head in the browser.
I built it solo, so the process had to stand in for a team: physics, interface, and payments each a domain with an owner.
Street Sketch
Enter a street address, get a watercolor painting of it delivered as a physical print. Google Maps resolves and images the address, Gemini paints it, Printful produces and ships it.
Three vendors and a fulfillment step, wired into one flow that runs unattended.
