An end-to-end rebuild of the global support ecosystem.
I led the complete overhaul of support.bostondynamics.com, transforming it from a static repository into a dynamic, data-driven knowledge hub. This project encompassed a full content and UX audit, the creation of a new surface UI design system, and deep enterprise integration.
Working with Product, Services, and Training stakeholders, we implemented a componentized content strategy via Paligo CCMS to manage complex hardware/software versioning, strict ITAR export controls, and compliance for US and EU approval pipelines.
