Boston Dynamics Support Center
I led the full rebuild of support.bostondynamics.com: content audit, a new design system, and deep integration with Salesforce, Jira, and Paligo CCMS.
Worked across Product, Services, and Training to build a componentized content strategy that handles hardware and software versioning, ITAR export controls, and US/EU compliance pipelines.

Samsung & iAdvize
Built a sentiment analysis automation for Samsung's Galaxy S20 launch. Monitored the live sales funnel via iAdvize, flagged at-risk customers in real time, and routed them to senior agents, recovering significant revenue.

Built an internal Slackbot at Uber that automated support workflows, closing knowledge gaps and cutting resolution times for complex issues across the org.

SailMOB
A sailing game with real wind physics, tacking mechanics, and an AI fleet that races you head-to-head in the browser. I built it solo, so the process had to stand in for a team.
Street Sketch
Enter a street address, get a watercolor painting of it. Built on Google Maps, Gemini's generative API, and Printful for print-on-demand fulfillment.
